By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

• I can decline or cancel a commission for any reason.

• These terms may be updated at any time.

• Be descriptive and give many references and details in order for me to draw accurately.

2. Payment & Fees

• All payments are required in full upfront.

• Changes after sketch approval may cost a fee, priced depending on how large the change is.

• All payments are non-refundable unless I cancel, or you cancel BEFORE I've started

• You cannot cancel once I've started drawing.

• No refunds after the artwork is finished.

3. Deadlines & Delivery

• I’ll give you an estimated turnaround time before starting.

• I do not do deadlines. 

• Delays may happen due to personal/work reasons, but I’ll keep you updated.

• Finished work will be delivered digitally (PNG/JPEG).

4. Process & Communication

• I’ll provide updates at key stages (sketch, lineart, coloring).

• Please respond to updates within a reasonable time to keep progress moving.

5. Usage & Rights

• Do not edit my artwork without permission (adding frames, stickers, gifs and decorative graphics for fun is good)

• Personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and purchased*

• Personal merchandise only for yourself, use in servers, emotes or twitch is good

• You can share the artwork anywhere online with proper credit to me

• You may not: claim the work as your own, resell the work, use the work for AI training/NFTs, or remove my watermark under any circumstance.

• Even if you make edits or purchase commercial rights, you do not get to claim that you created my behalf of the artwork.

• I keep the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and social media, unless you tell me you want to keep it private.
